What can you expect?

I’ll be joined by my friends - Dr Helen Lawal and Andrea Anderson who will be hosting the events with me conversation style.

You’ll hear from me, and some of the contributors, and then the mic will be yours to ask me anything!

We’ll have refreshments and there’ll be an opportunity for you to buy a book (Leeds and London) and i’ll sign it for you, as well as saying hello to the many friendly faces I’m sure you will spot.

The audience is already shaping up to be full of guests who have been on the podcast over the last 2 years, community partners and many of our community members too.

Come alone and know you’ll be in the company of our welcoming community, or bring a companion.

The venues are wheelchair accessible (I’ll be in mine!)

Everyone will be wearing a name badge.

I’d love to see you at one (or all of them!).

100% of Ticket Sale Profits will be donated to The Ilkley Food Bank Charity (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre). A charity that myself and my children were supported by throughout my chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment during my 2 xs breast cancer mountain climb.

I pledged when I accepted that help, that when I was well enough, I would find a way of paying forward the support.
