You might have seen our Ableism Matrix on LinkedIn over the last few months.
In the latest version, we've expanded this to also show who ableism of Neurotypical people might manifest in the neurodiversity space.
This is a particularly helpful version if you are a neurotypical ally, as you have a one-stop shop to see both how your societal conditioning might lead you to be ableist, but also the internal thoughts that your neurodivergent friends and family members may be struggling with.
