Indian with a difference

I've eaten in many an Indian restaurant over my life time, some good, some very bad. SOYFUL'S KITCHEN doesn't fit any of these categories, the word I'm searching is simply outstanding.

I was blown away from the first time I ate there, and so far I've managed four evenings, I'm gradually working through the menu simply to expand my tastes buds and being able to try something new.
