Most of us love that extra bit of crunch and loveliness of a good coleslaw, this my version feel free to add your own preferences.
This way your coleslaw will last that little bit longer (that depends how much its enjoyed) reducing the water and oil separation, that normally leaves homemade coleslaw very watery.
