A lovely bit of ham
Who loves a lovely great tasting bit of ham? I certainly do and I've always been shocked at the price in shops for only 3-4 slices.
That's one of the reasons I cook my own aswell as I enjoy it. Again everyone has their own way, well this is my way for those that are interested in cooking one.
At the end on the recipe there is a short paragraph, 'How to store'.
