Bloomin bloomer

How could I have a page that claims to test and try, and not include a bread recipe. I've tried to make bread quite a few times both in White and Wholemeal, I've even given Sourdough a try sometimes it's works, sometimes they made a good doorstop !!!!

Well here goes, my attempt at a Bloomer, this is my first go at baking bread without a loaf tin.
