Whether it’s a photo shoot, filming shoot or live event, call sheets are a simple but crucial tool to organise your time and ensure the smooth running of any project. Call sheets outline everything your talent and creatives need to know before the day of the shoot. Coming to the end of an intense print production run, the BRICKS team have put together a quick guide and tips on how to create the perfect call sheet.

It’s critical that all participants are sent the call sheet at least 24 hours in advance of the shoot, but this should be sent as in advance as possible.
