Description
We're looking for a freelance videographer to join us on a short-term video podcast series for the BRICKS Learner Platform. Production dates will be throughout January 2023 across a minimum of 4 days, including content capture and working alongside a sound editor/technician.
It's a bonus if you own equipment and also have experience in still photography, but this is not necessary. We're looking for someone with a strong ability to work through the entire project capture, edit and publish lifecycle.
Skills & needs
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven experience using professional video cameras.
Ability to configure cameras for exposure, colour and white balance.
Understand video technology standards, including HD/SD, capture/media formats, and aspect ratios.
Proven experience with post-production editing software.
Strong ability to edit video.
Significant abilities in colour grading video footage and a thorough understanding of colour theory and its application to video.
Knowledge and proven experience in studio lighting and equipment and managing this on set.
Detail-oriented and creative
Capable of working with a sound editor/technician
Fee £250 per day between 2-4 days, exact timeline and dates tbc.
